Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by FLEAGLE Studio ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

FLEAGLE Studio provides short-form video production and editing on a flat-rate monthly subscription. The plan includes up to 12 edited short-form videos per month, with one active request worked on at a time. We create short-form videos from the content you provide, such as podcasts, webinars, talks, longer videos, or footage you have filmed.

2. Turnaround

We aim to deliver each video draft within approximately 48 business hours on average. This is a target, not a guarantee: more complex requests, larger projects, or unusually high volume may take longer. Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

3. Revisions

Each delivered video includes up to two rounds of revisions to refine the edit to your satisfaction. Revisions should be requested within a reasonable time after delivery. Substantial changes that go beyond the original brief may be treated as a new request.

4. Your responsibilities

To help us deliver on time, you agree to:

• • Provide clear briefs, and any footage or assets, in a usable format.
• • Respond to questions and revision requests in good time, as delays on your side may affect turnaround.
• • Confirm that you own or have the rights to any footage, music, logos, or other material you send us, and that we may use it to produce your videos.

5. Payment, pausing and cancellation

• • The subscription is billed monthly in advance at the rate shown at sign-up. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• • There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will stop renewing at the end of your current billing period.
• • You may also pause your plan and resume it later, keeping any remaining days for when you need us next.
• • Payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current month. You keep access for the period you have paid for.

6. Ownership of your videos

Once a video has been fully paid for and delivered, you own the final delivered video and may use it freely for your brand. We retain ownership of any underlying project files, templates, and processes we use to create it.

7. Showcasing our work

We may display videos we have produced for you as examples of our work — for instance in our portfolio, on our website, or on social media — unless you ask us in writing not to. If your content is confidential, just let us know and we will keep it private.

8. Acceptable use

When working with us, you agree not to:

• • Resell, rebrand, or pass off our editing work as your own service to third parties.
• • Attempt to hire, solicit, or directly engage our freelance collaborators outside of FLEAGLE Studio.
• • Use our service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

9. Liability

We take pride in our work and will always do our best for you. However, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
